What we do not do: We do not process insurance claims, administer policies, or perform other carrier-side functions. Those are handled by the issuing insurance carrier.
Our compensation for ACA Marketplace, Medicare, and life insurance enrollments is paid by the insurance carrier, not by you. Your premium is the same whether you enroll on your own or with us. We will disclose any compensation arrangement that differs from this on a transaction-by-transaction basis.

Janowski Insurance Services is not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program.
We are licensed insurance producers registered with the federally facilitated Marketplace (HealthCare.gov) to assist with enrollment in Qualified Health Plans. Eligibility for premium tax credits, cost-sharing reductions, and Marketplace enrollment is determined by the Marketplace based on the information you provide. Final coverage and premium are determined by the issuing insurance carrier.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Janowski Insurance Services and its principals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the website. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought.
Our liability for direct damages arising from any single claim related to your use of this website will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount of compensation we received from the relevant insurance transaction or (b) one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
